The Lakers dropped their first game of the season 4-2 to the Miami Hamilton Harriers. Lawrence Hines had 2 hits Lucas Sheriff (1-1) pitched five innings gave up 7 hits struck out 3 in the loss. In Game two the Lakers took care of the Harriers 14-3. Cross Youtsler (2-0) pitched 5 strong innings scattering 5 hits while giving up only one earned run to seal the victory. Noah Greathouse drove in 5 runs and the Lakers with a big sixth inning scored 4 runs. Both teams do it all over again tomorrow Sunday at Montgomery Field.
