The Lady Lakers opened up the 2018-19 season at home against Grace College (Indiana) and came out on the losing end 107-43. The game started out in a very fast pace by both teams but the Lady Lakers could not answer the torrrid pace by Grace. The Lady Lakers were led by Mikayla Stump 12 points. Kelsie Hunt and Ka'rina Mallory added 10 points each. "We started out OK but we still have a long way to go in understanding the speed of the game and understand defense said Coach Lanier.We are a young team and its going to take a little time for us to come together!" The Lady Lakers hit the road the entire month of November. The next game is Friday November 2nd against U of M-Dearborn in Michigan. Game time is 7p.
