The Laker Volleyball team drop their match with Edison CC last night by scores of 15-25,12-25,11-25. The Lady Lakers came out of the gates hot, running off several quick points. However, the Chargers height soon became an issue for the Lakers. The Chargers had 8 blocks in the match and often used their height as an advantage over the smaller Laker squad. The Lakers were lead by Onyx Lopez who had 15 assists, 2 digs and 4 kills. Emily Ruhenkamp and Gabby Guerrero also lead the way with 13 and 10 digs, respectively. The Lakers will next play at OSU - Lima on Wednesday, with a 7:00p start time.
