Lakers run away from Hocking College

Josh Florence's 30 points propelled Wright State Lake to a 98-80 victory over Hocking College on Thursday. 

Claiming a 53-32 lead at the half, Lakers pulled ahead early in the game. Both teams were aggressive on the field, with Wright State Lake picking up 24 fouls while Hocking College had 32.
Putting up 22 points in the first half, Florence wasted no time putting points on the board for Wright State Lake.

CJ Taylor (18 points) and Vernon Montgomery (6 points) each contributed multiple three-pointers. Two other players also racked up double digit scores for Wright State Lake.  DaeShawn Beasley added 22 points and Darion Rockhold scored 16 points. Also chipping in for Wright State Lake were Adrian Camp (3 points) and Adam Carr (2 points).  Beasley was a big defensive contributor as well, racking up 11 rebounds and one block.

Wright State Lake finished the game with 66 rebounds (31 offensive / 35 defensive) and one block.
