The Laker Men's and Women's Basketball programs has now released its 2018-19 schedules. The Laker men feature 30 games. 10 of which are at home  and the remaining 21 on the road. They travel to Iowa Noember 23-25 playing against NAIA Colleges William Penn and Presentation along with Division 3 Grinnell College. The schedule also features Division 2 Ohio Valley. The Laker Men open the season October 24 at Ohio Christian and the Home opener is October 26 against Blue Lights College.

The Lady Lakers feature 27 games. 12 of which are at home and the remaining 15 on the road. The Lady Lakers will participate in several tournaments one at Rio Grande University November 16th and 17th and the other at the Siena Heights University annual Thanksgiving Tournament November 24th and 25th. The annual "Pink Game" will be held again at the WSU Nutter Center on January 30th against conference foe University of Cincinnati-Clermont. The Lady Lakers open the 2018-19 campaign in Kentucky against Division 2 Georgetown.
